Is for those who want movement, wind and the joy of active sailing — but still with awareness, presence and depth.

These weeks include sportive, hands-on sailing, morning practice, accessible workshops, swimming in turquoise bays and visits to small Greek villages. Adventurous, energising and consciously paced.

We also offer private charters with a skipper, which can be purely about sailing and exploring the islands, or enriched with gentle holistic elements — morning practice, breathwork or small workshops — depending on what you want. A fully tailored week on the water for couples, families or small groups.

Holistic Deepening Week

A quieter rhythm begins. A week to slow down, let go of what no longer serves, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This retreat blends gentle sailing with deep inner work, moving between peaceful bays and small Greek villages at an unhurried pace, creating space for clarity and soft transformation.

There is time to pause, to breathe, and to simply be — without pressure, without needing to perform.

Each day starts with a grounding practice — yoga, breathwork, or meditation. During the week, you receive two personal 1:1 sessions, chosen together based on what fits you best, such as hypnotherapy, bodywork, breathwork, or intuitive guidance.

These sessions support you in letting go, realigning, and reconnecting with your deeper self.

Shared moments and group conversations support reflection and integration, while the gentle movement of the sea invites softness and presence.

In between, there is space for rest, swimming, quiet moments, and being with the elements.

Sailing Journeys

You love sailing — but something has shifted. It’s no longer just about the route, the wind, or the next stop. You sense there is more to experience. A journey shaped by wind, water, and the moment.

You sail longer distances between islands, navigating from bay to bay, adjusting to wind and conditions along the way. Days are not fixed — some active and moving, others slow and still, depending on the sea.

Each morning offers a light practice — yoga, breathwork, or meditation — to stay connected to your body while on the move. You take part in sailing when you want — handling lines, learning, or simply relaxing on the trampoline.

There is space for real connection — for conversations that go beyond sailing, and for sharing what is often left unspoken.

Clear water, small harbours, simple tavernas, and long evenings under the open sky.

EExplore the Greek islands in a way that feels warm, relaxed, and completely your own.

This is your private week on the water with your friends, family, or group — with the freedom to shape it as you like, while we take care of the sailing and guide the overall flow on board.

We are your skippers and your guides. Together, we create your route — moving between quiet bays, small villages, and places of interest, always guided by weather, rhythm, and what feels right for your group.

Life on board is simple and personal. You can be as involved as you like — joining in with sailing and docking, or simply relaxing and enjoying the experience.

Meals and daily onboard care can be arranged in different ways. You can cook yourselves, enjoy dinners ashore in local tavernas, or choose our optional host package.

With the host package, we take care of groceries, prepare meals on board, and keep the shared spaces comfortable and organized — so you can fully relax into your time at sea. Groceries are calculated separately based on your preferences.

If you feel like adding more depth, optional 1:1 sessions are available — such as yoga, breathwork, Thai bodywork, meditation, or other holistic elements.

Routes are not fixed. Some days are active and moving, others slow and still — depending on the sea and your wishes.

This is not a standard charter. It’s a personal and flexible experience at sea — created with you, for you.
