Sailing Holiday

We welcome you aboard for a small-group holistic retreat combined with gentle sailing through the Saronic Islands. From Varkiza Bay, we sail shorter distances, leaving more time for peaceful anchorages, turquoise waters and simply being present.

With warmth and personal attention, we share yoga, meditation and breathwork on deck or on a quiet beach. From our holistic toolbox, we offer Thai bodywork, Reiki, hypnotherapy and guided reflection, choosing what feels right for you and the group.

In a caring and loving atmosphere, you can come to rest, find your way back to yourself and gain new insights into your body, mind and soul.
