The golden hour wraps around you as you lie on the sun-warmed deck of a sailing catamaran, gently rocking with the rhythm of the sea. A soft breeze brushes your skin, carrying the scent of salt, herbs, and wildflowers. The turquoise waters of the Greek islands shimmer as the sky slowly turns gold.
You close your eyes. The breath slows. The chatter softens. Something inside you quiets. Each inhale guides you inward, peeling away the weight you didn’t know you carried. The sound of church bells in the distance, the gentle creak of the boat — they remind you how natural stillness can feel.
After your one-on-one session, you sit in silence a little longer. Something has shifted. You can’t quite name it — but you feel lighter, softer, more whole. The change may be subtle, but it’s real. It settles in quietly, like a new kind of knowing.
As the sun dips into the horizon, you feel your heart open — not in a big, dramatic way, but gently. Safely. Something lifts. Something lands. In this moment, you remember: you are not lost, broken, or behind. You’re just returning to yourself.
Surrounded by honest connection, held by the sea, you feel clear, soft, and strong again. This isn’t an escape. It’s a reset. It’s true. And it lingers long after the sails come down.


Nourishment at Sea
At Body, Mind & Sail, food is part of the healing. It’s fresh, local, and made with care, not to restrict, but to restore and enjoy.
Each day, we serve one nourishing home-style meal on board and one ashore at a cozy local taverna. For those who prefer more than two meals a day, healthy and satisfying options are always available — from fruit and nuts to crackers, spreads, and simple comfort bites.
Meals are inspired by the season and the sea. Think vibrant brunches, roasted veggies, warm couscous bowls, or grilled delights shared on deck. We cook with olive oil, herbs, citrus, and local produce, creating dishes that ground and uplift.
And yes, we also fire up the BBQ on board. Whether you enjoy grilled vegetables, fish, or meat, there’s something for everyone to enjoy under the stars in good company.
We don’t serve alcohol on board, but you’re welcome to enjoy a glass of wine ashore. Everything is prepared with love, and dietary needs are honored with care.

in Greece with yoga, massage, and rejuvenation.
20–27 August 2025 | Pickup in Varkiza Bay (Athens)
A week on the water to reconnect with yourself.
We sail to Aegina, Poros, and quiet bays nearby — with daily breathwork, movement, healing sessions, and time to rest.
Group size: 4–6 guests.
Meals are shared onboard and ashore.
No sailing or yoga experience needed.
This retreat runs on donation, with a suggested contribution between €1000 and €2000, depending on your means and experience. (normal price €2900)
We also share direct costs for food, fuel, and harbors (€250–350 p.p.).
Taxi from Athens Airport to Varkiza Bay: ±25 min, ~€25–35.
