We are trained yoga teachers, but this is not a yoga retreat.
We offer short, simple sessions to help you wake up the body, deepen the breath, and land in the moment.
There are no goals.
No perfect poses.
Just movement as medicine.


How it works:

Most mornings we guide gentle yoga, sometimes standing, sometimes lying down. Often combined with breathwork and meditation. No experience needed — just a willingness to feel.

Thai Massage

Indulge in traditional Thai massage for ultimate relaxation. Thai bodywork is more than massage; it’s a conversation between breath, body, and stillness.

Reiki Healing

Discover your own energy balance through Reiki.
It is the universal life force, a quiet transmission of love and light.
There are no words.
Just hands, intention, and trust.


How it works:

You lie down, fully clothed.
We place our hands lightly on or just above your body.
You may feel warmth, tingling, emotion, or simply peace.
Your body receives exactly what it needs.

Also available as distance healing.
Because energy knows no boundaries,
you don’t need to be physically present to feel its effect.
Wherever you are, Reiki can reach you.

Hypno Therapy

Transform your mind with guided hypnotherapy sessions available. Hypnosis is not about control. It’s about access — to the deeper layers of you.

We use guided trance to explore inner beliefs, patterns, and memories, helping you shift what no longer serves.

How it works:

In a private session, you’re guided into a relaxed, focused state. You stay fully aware but deeply inward. Every session is gentle, respectful, and adapted to your needs.

Breathwork

Your breath reveals everything: how you feel, how you hold, how you let go.

We use conscious breathing to invite softness, clarity, and release.

How it works:

We offer both group and 1:1 breath sessions using accessible techniques that support your nervous system and help you feel grounded and safe. The effects are often immediate.

Meditation

Meditation doesn’t have to be difficult.

We guide simple practices — eyes closed or open, sitting or lying down — to help you come home to yourself.

How it works:

We use stillness, visualizations, or soft guidance. You don’t need to quiet your mind or do anything “right.” Just bring your breath and your presence.
