A Sailing Journey Through Greece — and Back to Yourself

Late summer in Greece invites you to slow down, breathe deeper and reconnect with yourself.

Our seven-night holistic sailing retreat starts at Varkiza Bay, conveniently located close to Athens International Airport.

Together, we explore the Saronic Islands, with possible stops at Aegina, Agistri, Poros and Hydra, depending on the weather and sailing conditions. Some nights we anchor in a peaceful bay surrounded by nature; on others, we moor at the quay in a charming island village.

You will also receive one private session, choosing from massage, hypnotherapy, Reiki or personal guidance.

A Day on Board

Every day has its own rhythm, depending on the weather, our route and the needs of the group.

A typical day may include:

Morning yoga or meditation → breakfast on board → sailing to a new bay or island → swimming and lunch → free time or a private session → sunset circle → dinner on board or at a local taverna.

Your Hosts

Meet Laetitia and Remco

Laetitia and Remco are both skippers, yoga teachers and Thai massage practitioners. Remco brings warmth and a practical, grounded presence, while Laetitia offers loving care and gentle support. Together, they create a safe, personal and relaxed retreat experience.
