More than skippers, we are hosts, space holders, and passionate lovers of life at sea.
Over the years, we discovered how deeply sailing and holistic wellbeing complement one another. The sea naturally slows you down. Presence becomes easier. Breathing deepens. Space returns.
Body, Mind & Sail was created from the desire to share this way of living with others — combining meaningful travel, conscious living, and genuine human connection.
Our intention is simple:
to create experiences where you feel safe, inspired, nourished, and fully yourself.

Meditation, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and deep conversation create space for clarity, calmness, and inner alignment.

Mornings start slow — a stretch on the deck, a breath on the beach, a moment of stillness before the day begins.
Sometimes we offer guided practices, other times you simply enjoy the peace of being at sea.

Guided by the wind
We don’t follow a set route.
One day we anchor in a quiet bay for a swim and a sunset dinner, the next we sail to a lively harbor town for a morning coffee and walk.
Every day is shaped by the wind, the sea, and what feels good — not by a schedule.
Nourishing simplicity
We share one home-cooked meal on board and one at a local taverna — always fresh, seasonal, and simple.
There are snacks throughout the day, and sometimes we light the barbecue at sunset.
